Our home offers everything your group needs: 3 bedrooms, including 2 king beds and space for 8 guests. Thoughtfully designed for group enjoyment with 2 living rooms, 2 outdoor living areas, a spacious backyard, family friendly games and more. Ideally located: 2 min to Old Village, 4 min to Downtown, 6 min to St. John's resort, and easy freeway access between Ann Arbor & Detroit.

Kitchen & Dining Our kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience; including a Nespresso AND drip coffee machine for coffee lovers. Seasonally, you are welcome to use the cut herb container garden in the backyard. Bedrooms The home features three bedrooms. Two of these rooms have king-sized beds, while the third is a bunkroom with a full-over-full bunk bed. Each bedroom is equipped with plush bedding, pillows, and hangers. Extra linens are available in the hallway linen closet. Bathrooms There are two full bathrooms and a half bath. The upstairs full bathroom has a bathtub, and the downstairs full bathroom has a shower. Both are stocked with toiletries and fresh towels, and extra towels are in the linen closet. The primary bedroom also includes a "petite ensuite," which is a half bath. Living Areas & Other Amenities Living Areas: There are comfortable living areas both upstairs and downstairs, each with sectionals, chairs, and a TV with access to streaming services. The downstairs area is perfect for movie nights and includes a gathering table, games, and reading materials. Office: A dedicated office space with a standing desk is available. Laundry: There is a laundry room for your convenience.

Exterior Security: For the safety and security of our property, we have cameras monitoring the front door, driveway, and back patio area. Please note that there are no cameras or recording devices of any kind inside the home. A Quiet Neighborhood: Our home is located in a family-oriented residential area. We kindly ask that you observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Events & Gatherings: To respect our neighbors and keep our home in great shape, we do not allow parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings. If you are planning a celebration or are looking for a space to host groups, this may not be the best fit for your needs. Respecting the Space: We take great pride in our home and ask that you treat it with the same care you would your own. Please note that violation of our house rules or excessive noise complaints may result in the termination of your stay.

Guests have access to the entire property. Please note that the garage and a small storage closet under the stairs are reserved for owner storage and off-limits to guests. Parking: Guests are welcome to park in the driveway, where two parking spots are available.
